Composite geomembrane is an impermeable material composed of geotextile and geomembrane. It is mainly used for anti-seepage. The composite geomembrane is divided into one cloth and one membrane and two cloths and one membrane. 1500g/m2, high physical and mechanical performance indicators such as tensile strength, tear resistance, bursting, etc., can meet the needs of civil engineering such as water conservancy, municipal administration, construction, transportation, subway, tunnel, etc. Due to the selection of polymer materials and the addition of anti-aging agents in the production process, it can be used in unconventional temperature environments.
Composite geomembrane, widely used in channel anti-seepage engineering. In recent years, the extensive application and effectiveness of geosynthetics in civil engineering, especially in flood control and emergency rescue projects, have attracted great attention from engineers and technicians. For the application technology of geosynthetics, the state has put forward normative technical requirements in terms of anti-seepage, reverse filtration, drainage, reinforcement, protection, etc., which has greatly accelerated the promotion and application of new materials. This material has been widely used in canal anti-seepage projects in irrigation areas. Combined with construction practice, the application technology of composite geomembrane is briefly discussed.
Composite geomembrane is referred to as
custom logo plastic bag composite membrane. In fact, it is customary to call it anti-seepage geotextile and waterproof geotextile. There is also a name for composite geotextile. All in all, these are called because of the good impermeability of the composite membrane. It also has good properties such as preventing the contact of sewage and groundwater in landfills. The composite geomembrane is buried deep underground as a layer of impermeable cushion and is not exposed for a service life of up to 50 years. Along the way, with the "regional" construction advocated by my country, it has driven many economic development, and economic development has also brought a series of environmental problems, such as the need to build some industrial wastewater evaporation ponds, because the anti-seepage control of evaporation ponds is the key, Therefore, the composite geomembrane is a geotechnical composite material with low cost.
Among the packaging materials, many products need to use vacuum packaging materials that isolate air/water vapor to protect the product from the intrusion of external air/water vapor, and the composite film/bag is the best choice for packaging. Intuitively, it is not easy to identify the difference between plastic film and composite film. Let's introduce how to distinguish:
Tear the film apart and observe the fracture. If there is a sawtooth shape, it is generally a composite film; if the section is relatively smooth, it is a single-layer film.
Wipe the side of the film with ink on the rougher surface for a few times. If the ink falls off, it is generally a single-layer film; if the ink cannot be wiped off half, it is a composite film.
Ignite the film, if there is no characteristic odor, or there is a mixed odor, it is either a composite film; either a copolymer or a blend.
Identification of plastic films
There are many types of plastic films, especially the composition of port materials is more complex, and the identification of materials is very important.
Easily stretchable films - PE, PP (unstretched), flexible PVC
Not easy to extend; heating and melting - large heat shrinkage - stretching PP, stretching PVC, polyvinylidene chloride, PS
Not easy to extend; heat and melt - small heat shrinkage - polyester, nylon
Not easy to extend; heat does not melt - cellophane
Take a piece of film to check its stretchability; take another piece of film sample, bring it slowly close to the flame, and observe its heat shrinkage and whether it melts.
